Are you a factory or a trading company?

What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM puts your brand and a locked configuration on an existing proven model — housing colors, logo, preloaded audio, firmware, packaging and documentation. ODM involves engineering a differentiated product, such as custom housing and tooling, PCBA or OID sensor work, when no shipping model fits the brief.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ follows customization scope: plain wholesale is lowest, logo printing and custom packaging raise it, and custom tooling, PCBA or book print runs have their own thresholds. Your RFQ returns the exact MOQ for the model and scope selected.
Which certifications do the reading pens carry?
CE/RED, EN71, EN62115, FCC, CPC/ASTM F963, RoHS/REACH, UKCA and PSE document availability is confirmed per model and destination market. ISO9001, BSCI and Sedex audit information is shared on request. Certificate numbers are provided to qualified buyers.
Can you produce the OID books as well as the pens?
Yes. The program can cover coded OID printing, audio recording, stickers, flashcards and posters matched to the pen model, so pen and books come from one engineering team rather than two suppliers.
Do you support NDAs and customer references?
Mutual NDAs are standard before detailed specifications, audio or OID files are shared. Buyer identities and commercial terms are never published; case material is released only in NDA-safe form.
