DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM

Wholesale Reading Pens for Importers & Distributors

Build a coherent reading pen lineup across preschool, school and premium tiers instead of mixing unrelated factories: model shortlist, mixed sample orders, pilot batches and repeat procurement with aligned audio, packaging and documentation for your market.
Lineup Logic

Distributors win with a ladder, not a random catalog

A sellable wholesale program needs an entry model that opens accounts, a school model that carries volume, and a premium or LCD model that anchors the range. One factory relationship across those tiers simplifies quality, communication, spare-part policy and after-sales.

SKU ladder planning

Entry, school and premium model selection matched to learner age, price band and channel positioning before samples are booked.

Channel-ready packaging

Packaging language, SKU naming, inserts, manuals and labeling coordinated to your market and reseller network.

Sample, pilot, repeat

Mixed-model samples, a first commercial pilot batch and then repeat procurement with coordinated production slots.

After-sales coordination

A named contact for technical questions, audio-file updates and lineup iteration after the first shipment.

Wholesale FAQ

Distributor program questions

Can I order samples across several models first?
Yes. Mixed-model sample orders are standard for distributor evaluation, followed by a pilot mixed-SKU batch before volume commitment.
Do you offer exclusive territory?
Territorial arrangements are discussed case by case and depend on volume commitment, channel focus and brand positioning. The RFQ is the right place to raise the topic.
Can packaging and manuals use our language?
Yes. Packaging language, inserts, manuals and labeling are coordinated per market and can be expanded to OEM branding once the lineup is proven.
Which certificates come with shipment?
Document packs are prepared per model and destination market — for example CE/RED and EN71/EN62115 for the EU, FCC and CPC/ASTM F963 for the US. The exact scope is listed in the proforma documents.
How are repeat orders kept consistent?
Each SKU runs on a locked BOM with documented audio loading and build procedure; component changes, if unavoidable, are communicated before production.
