Private label focus If the project is mainly consumer-facing brand identity, retail packaging and unboxing, the private-label program is the closer fit. OEM reading pen questions

What is the MOQ for an OEM reading pen?
MOQ depends on the model and customization scope. Logo printing and preloaded audio on a shipping model start at a lower threshold than custom housing colors, printed packaging or firmware work. The exact number is quoted after the scope is frozen.
Can you load our own audio content?
Yes. You supply the audio files and the OID code map (or use our book-production service); content is loaded to an agreed file list and verified on the sample before mass production.
Can you change the housing colors and logo?
Yes on proven housings, including custom colors, logo printing and laser marking. A brand-new housing shape is tooling work and routes to the ODM program.
How is repeat-order consistency controlled?
Each OEM SKU gets a locked BOM and a documented audio-loading and build procedure. Component substitutions, when unavoidable, are communicated before production rather than silently applied.
Do you provide compliance documents for our market?
CE/RED, EN71, EN62115, FCC, CPC/ASTM F963, RoHS/REACH, UKCA and PSE document availability is confirmed per model and destination market and listed in the quotation, so import planning starts from verified document scope.
