The P2 Reading Pen is the character of the catalog: a glossy green fish-shaped OID pen built on the proven SONIX 95303 platform. How to use the P2 Reading Pen
- "Power on the P2". Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The blue LED lights up and the welcome voice plays.
- "Switch languages". Long-press the language button (third from top) to enter the language menu, then select with the up/down buttons.
- "Charge the P2". Connect the micro-USB cable to any 5V/1A charger. Red LED = charging, green LED = full.

Is the P2 just a toy, or a full reading pen?
It is a full SONIX 95303 OID 3.0 reading pen inside a character housing: it reads the same OID-printed books and flashcards as our standard models, with a large tip, external TF storage and a rechargeable battery.
How does a child operate it with only three buttons?
The one-front-plus-two-side layout is intentional for the youngest users. The most common actions (power and volume) are placed where small hands naturally grip, and tapping the book does the rest — no menus to learn.
Can the fish be produced in our brand color?
Yes. Custom colors use the existing tooling; a completely different animal shape requires new tooling under an ODM project. Send your annual volume estimate and we will recommend the lower-cost route.
Can new books be added after purchase?
Yes — the P2 uses an external TF card, so expansion titles can be added via new or updated card content. If your program is permanently fixed, the built-in storage B1 may be simpler.
Does it support multiple languages?
The pen itself is language-neutral: it plays whatever audio is loaded on the card, so English, Spanish, Arabic, French and other bilingual programs are all supported.
